Resale Disclosure Packets
All owners placing their home on the market must request a copy of the statement of accounts at the time of sale as well as a copy of the CC&R's, Rules & Regulations and Design Guidelines to furnish
to the prospective buyer.
To order a resale package the lot owner or the respective Title Closing Company will need to email or contact the Association Manager at:

This service is provided to the owner electronically free of charge. If the owner requires the documents to be sent in hard copy, a charge of $50 will be assessed to their account for this fee.
Our goal is to process your resale information as quickly and accurately as possible. In keeping with that high standard, most requests will be processed the same day of receipt; however, if this is not possible you will be given an expected delivery date at the time you place the request.
